Job Description Description:SummaryPremier is a growing, vertically integrated aviation services company committed to safety and delivering exceptional customer experience. The A&P Technician II is a mid-level role responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. This position supports Part 135 operations and requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft (primarily Hawker and Citation platforms)Execute inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures (including 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections)Troubleshoot and repair airframe and powerplant systemsAccurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and FAA documentationEnsure all work is performed in compliance with Part 135 requirements and company safety standardsSupport AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations as neededAssist with aircraft movement, towing, and ground handling when requiredMentor and support A&P Technician I personnel as neededCoordinate with Maintenance Control and leadership on aircraft status and discrepanciesQualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required)3–5+ years of aviation maintenance experienceExperience supporting Part 135 operations (preferred)Experience on business jet aircraft (Hawker, Citation strongly preferred)Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and IPCsValid driver's licenseRequirements:Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and compliance mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsSolid time management and ability to prioritize tasksCommitment to safety and qualityPerformance ExpectationsConsistently completes maintenance tasks accurately and on timeMaintains full compliance with FAA and company standardsDemonstrates increasing technical independenceEffectively communicates aircraft status and maintenance needs
