Position Overview:The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, and team performance. As the GM, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, collaborative work culture, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a leadership position that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations. Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety. Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement. Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times. Handle employee performance, training, and development, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Monitor and maintain restaurant budget, controlling labor and food costs. Qualifications:2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment. Must be at least 18 years of age. Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs. Passion for food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
