People Operations Business PartnerThe People Operations Business Partner will work closely with General Managers and site leadership to drive training, increase people engagement, provide full cycle talent management, and guidance on complex people matters.This position also delivers on our core focus of:Be a solutions providerWhile building on our core values of:Help FirstTake OwnershipDo the Right ThingExpect ExcellenceEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop strong partnership with General Managers and site leadership to understand their business needs, goals and provide people guidanceAct as a trusted advisor to site leadership and people on a variety of matters including performance management and trainingProvide coaching and guidance to managers on complex people mattersProactively analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop proactive solutionsCollaborate with the People Group to develop and implement initiatives and programs that support company and departments initiatives, drive people engagement and increase retentionContinuous education regarding best practices and legal requirements to ensure complianceServe as an advocate for people, ensuring their concerns and feedback are heard and addressedLead, participate in and partner on company and site initiatives to drive change, streamline processes and continue building on our people first mindsetAbility to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs ariseRegular and reliable attendanceAny other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.Cultural Competencies:Help First means being a reliable team member serving everyone, internally and externally.
