This executive role is critical to building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership pipelines, and ensuring operational excellence across unionized and non-unionized work forces. The CHRO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, aligning HR practices with business goals, productivity targets, and growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, and employee engagement programs.Oversee labor relations, compliance, and union negotiations to maintain operational stability and workforce alignment.Develop and execute leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability-building initiatives.Drive change management and transformation initiatives to support scalability and operational efficiency.Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure human capital strategies support business objectives.Establish HR policies, governance frameworks, and best practices that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.Monitor and report on HR metrics, workforce trends, and talent performance to support strategic decision-making.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 15 years of senior HR leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.Proven expertise in labor relations, multi-site workforce management, and executive-level human capital strategy.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise HR strategies that align with business goals.Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.Salary up to $260,000 USD, with executive incentives, long-term retention programs, and a comprehensive benefits package.Work StructureHybrid role with regular on-site presence at corporate offices and plant locations.Contact: For more information about this position please call Rachelle at 1-844-225-5630 or send a copy of your resume to Rachelle@rhemeexecutives.com.J-18808-Ljbffr
