Job Title: Full-stack developer with Gen AILocation: Remote Job Type: Long-term contractKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.Utilize Gen AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance the SDLC in areas including discovery, requirements gathering, coding, code review, testing, documentation, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements.Rapidly prototype new features and solutions, leveraging AI for code generation, testing, and troubleshooting.Integrate AI-enabled pipelines and workflows within the SDLC to optimize delivery speed and code quality.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and leveraging AI to boost productivity.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI tools and suggest innovative ways to incorporate them into our development processes.Requirements:Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with overall 15+ years of work experience.Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar.Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and workflow automation.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Preferred Skills:Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications.Familiarity with prompt engineering for Gen AI tools.Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
