The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will ensure compliance with hiring regulations, promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, and manage recruitment metrics to improve efficiency. The position will also involve implementing recruitment best practices and enhancing candidate experience.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is requiredMinimum of five years of high-volume recruitment experience, with at least two years in a supervisor capacity.Healthcare experience required.Expert-level experience with iCIMS for applicant tracking and candidate relationship management.Some proficiency for HRIS functions, position management, and onboarding workflows
