Staff Accountant, Hybrid (85K-90K)

LHH is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing, global organization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong experience in month-end close, payroll accounting, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically driven, and passionate about improving processes while collaborating across teams. This is a Hybrid position and pay 85K-90K.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze monthly P&L and balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and proper documentationSupport month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reportingManage payroll accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and recurring accrualsEnsure accuracy of general ledger transactions and investigate discrepancies as neededAssist with internal and external audits, including tax-related reviewsSupport expense reporting processes and ensure compliance with internal policiesPartner with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and improve financial understanding across the businessIdentify and implement process improvements and support system-related initiativesJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting required3+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel and business applicationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearlyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail with a proactive, self-starter mindsetIf you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from LHH please email Rami Muhanna at or visit our .
