We help busy professionals look great effortlessly through AI-powered styling, while helping clothing brands reduce overproduction and waste through smarter inventory and product insights.We’re hiring an onsite Operations Lead for our San Leandro, CA facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, keeping operations running smoothly, and solving day-to-day operational challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesLead onsite fulfillment, laundry, logistics, and inventory operationsManage and coach the operations team to meet productivity, quality, and service goalsEstablish, track, and continuously improve key operational performance metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, customer experience, and technology teams to improve workflows and scalabilityDesign, implement, and optimize inventory management systems and quality assurance processesDevelop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational excellenceEnsure compliance with workplace safety regulations and operational best practicesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe facility environmentSource, manage, and optimize relationships with third-party vendors and operational partnersSupport warehouse expansion, capacity planning, and process scaling initiativesRoll up your sleeves to support daily operations when needed, including ironing, laundry, picking, packing, shipping, and local deliveriesPartner with merchandising to onboard new inventory, including measuring, barcoding, and system uploadsWe’re Looking For Someone WhoHas 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations leadershipIs highly organized, dependable, and detail-orientedEnjoys leading teams while also working hands-on alongside themIs efficient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentIs a natural problem solver who takes ownershipHas strong communication skillsIs comfortable using email, online tools, and operational systemsLearns quickly and adapts easily to changing prioritiesCares about delivering a great customer experience and delivering high standardsHas flexible availability based on business needs
