Adecco Staffing is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift for a client site in Moreno Valley, CA . The ideal candidate will have at least 2-6 years of experience . The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading day to day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, safety, accuracy, and service-level expectations are consistently met. This role oversees warehouse associates, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps maintain a positive, high performance work environment. The starting pay is a salary of $72,000 a year . Schedule is Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 11:00pm (overtime and Saturday's when needed/ must have schedule flexibility) Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control. Assign labor and workflow to meet daily production goals. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary. Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates. Conduct shift huddles, assign tasks, and ensure employee compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage attendance, performance reviews, employee coaching, and corrective actions. Enforce OSHA standards and company safety programs. Conduct safety audits, ensure proper equipment use, and drive a culture of safety. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Assist in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Support inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts. Maintain clear communication between shifts, departments, and leadership. Prepare and deliver shift reports, productivity updates, and issue escalation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Training. Qualifications/Requirements: 2- 6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and workplace compliance. Proficient in WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email). Ability to lead/coach teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in high-volume distribution fulfillment. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
