Now, we are expanding our global team and looking for talented individuals like you!/ph3Position Description/h3pTitle: General Laborer/ppDepartment: Various/ppImmediate Supervisor: Plant Supervisory Staff/ppStatus: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Union/ppPosition Purpose: Performs General Labor duties/ppPrinciple Accountabilities/pulliRemove finished products from the machine./liliPlace a product label on the completed products as per specification./liliPlace the product in to bags and cartons as per specification./liliPlace the finished product onto skids or to its proper location as per specification./liliEnsure work area is to be always kept clean and tidy throughout the shift./liliEffectively communicate with both the operator, assistant operator, and the supervisor./liliWilling to assist in other areas of the plant when required./liliAll duties outlined in Responsibilities of All Plant Employees./liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulpEssential Skills and Experience/pulliHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred./lili2+ Years in a Manufacturing environment / general labor experience preferred./liliIntermediate math skills and English written communication skills necessary./liliAbility to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time required/liliAbility to work in space limited work area on continuous basis./liliAbility to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis/liliGeneral computer knowledge and experience handling paperwork/liliEffective interpersonal skills/liliAbility to perform the physical aspects of the role following recommended practices, with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention/liliInventory experience preferred/li/ulpWhy Choose IPG?/ppAt IPG, you will find more than just a jobyou will find a place where your success is our success.
