Part-Time Administrative Assistant at Pc Wizard (Growth Track)

What you’ll do
Front Desk & Customer Support
Answer phones, greet customers, and handle basic inquiries with warmth and professionalism
Check in customer devices, create tickets, and follow intake SOPs
Route sales opportunities and technical questions to Kory
Ticket & Workflow Coordination
Update and move tickets in Asana according to SOP
Call/text customers when their device is ready for pickup
Assist with collecting content or information from customers (as needed)
Office & Administrative Support
Manage the company calendar and schedule appointments
Keep the office organized (supplies, documents, mail, inventory)
Handle vendor communication and ordering basic supplies
Support the team with day-to-day operational needs
Use Google Workspace and basic productivity tools to keep things running efficiently
Must-haves
1–2 years experience in admin, front desk, customer service, or similar roles
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with technology; quick to learn
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Professional handling of confidential information
Experience with scheduling or ticketing tools
Must live within ~45 minutes of Duncan, OK
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping
Experience in tech, retail, service, hospitality, or small business environments
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
