Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Assist Personal Trust AdministratorsAssist with client phone callsGreet clients and staff as they enter the officeProcess receipts and distributions as instructedOpening and closing accounts on the trust accounting systemAssist with maintenance of accounts on the trust accounting systemPrepare client review reportsScan trust information to electronic archiveAssist customers while Trust Administrators are out or unavailableFoster positive customer/client relationsResponsible for electronic document retention and filingAssist with special projectsPrimary initial point of contact for customers, in person and over phoneOther job related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPointGood client communications skillsAbility to work well under pressure and deadlinesStrong organizational skills and an ability to multitask with accuracyMust be detail-oriented, accurate, dependable and a self-starterAbility to use independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentialityGood analytical skillsBasic working knowledge of investments and banking is helpfulRegular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the jobPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSConstant use of computer screensAbility to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hearIntermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouchingAbility to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workdayLong periods of typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and/or move and carry 5 poundsHometown service, statewide strength.
