Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.NOTE: This position is a Tuesday - Saturday position.Receives environmental samples into the laboratory according to Enthalpy’s SOPsPerforms data entry of sample and test information into Laboratory Information System (LIMS)Label sample containers, store them in appropriate locations and/or contact the proper department to inform them of short holding time and/or rush requests. Assists in sample bottle preparationAssists in sample management/archiving and disposalAssists in sample pickup in company vehicle, if neededAssists in the coordination of daily field sampling/pickup schedule, if neededParticipates in focus teams to improve efficiencyComply with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance ProgramComply with Enthalpy’s Health and Safety PlanAssisting in wasting samplesOnce trained, analyzing microbiology short hold samplesOther duties as assignedYour Expertise & SkillsTo perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications preferred. Some lab experience is preferred but not required.
