In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of electronic and mechanical components used in our precision instrumentation products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, quality-driven environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.What You'll DoPerform SMT and through-hole soldering on electronic circuit boards, including fine-pitch components under magnificationComplete electro-mechanical assembly, including box builds and subassembliesAssemble wires, cables, and harnesses to specificationInspect electrical and mechanical components (chassis, cables, harnesses) for quality and defectsExecute pre-assembly tasks such as cutting, stripping, and routing wires, and preparing kitsFollow detailed work instructions, schematics, and engineering documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspaceSupport team objectives by performing additional duties as neededWhat You'll Bring3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience and/or military technical trainingProficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering and reworkAbility to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, bills of materials, and engineering change ordersStrong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and small power toolsHigh attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracyAbility to follow both written and verbal instructions with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelySolid judgment, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindsetProfessional communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approachFlexibility to work overtime as needed to support production goalsPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform repetitive tasks with precisionExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularlyPay RangeUSD $17.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
