If so, we want to meet you!In this role, you'll help manufacture critical products in a clean, controlled environment while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to excellence.What You'll DoAssemble tubing, components, and specialized products according to specifications and work instructions.Follow Clean Room and CGMP procedures to maintain a sterile production environment.Measure, cut, align, and position components with a high level of accuracy.Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment, including cable guns, tubing cutters, bag sealers, and more.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical assembly processes in the correct sequence while maintaining quality standards.Inspect components and finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.Maintain production records, batch documentation, and quality logs.Clean workstations and equipment using approved cleaning solutions.Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns.Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.Follow all company safety policies, SOPs, and quality procedures.Experience:Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experienceExperience working with small parts and hand toolsAbility to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and documentation skillsHigh School Diploma or GED required1 st Shift /Hourly Pay: $21.00/HourSchedule: 1st shift schedules5:00 AM - 1:30 PM5:30 AM - 2:00 PM6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2 nd Shift/Hourly Pay $22.00Schedule: 2nd Shift3:00 PM – 11:30 PM*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leave (as required by law) and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any unlawful discrimination and harassment.
