Regional Sales Representative (Southeast | Southwest | South Central)

About the CompanyCorporate Talent Finder is partnering with a leading manufacturer of metal canopies, fascia systems, and architectural facades headquartered in Arlington, TX to find motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Representatives to expand their presence across three open territories.About the RoleThis role focuses on promoting and selling a premium product line into key markets including petroleum/convenience stores, quick-service restaurants, and industrial/commercial applications. This is a home-based position with travel throughout the territory and to trade shows.Open Territories We are currently hiring for three territories.Southeast – Georgia | North Carolina | South Carolina | Florida | Kentucky | Alabama | Mississippi (Ideal candidate location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC)Southwest – Arizona | California | Colorado | Nevada | Utah (Ideal candidate location: Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ)South Central – North Texas | North Louisiana | Arkansas | Oklahoma | New Mexico (Ideal candidate location: DFW, Waco, or Oklahoma)ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, oil company representatives, and other key decision-makers.Develop a deep understanding of market needs and position the product line as the preferred solution.Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for your territory, ensuring consistent, professional communication.Attend local, regional, and national trade shows to represent the company and support sales initiatives.Proposal & Project SupportCollaborate with engineering, drafting, and estimating teams to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive proposals.Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.Partner with the construction department during project installation, liaising with general contractors and managing change orders as needed.Administrative & ReportingReport directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing.Complete all required administrative tasks, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Qualifications3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in construction products, building materials, or related industries.Strong relationship-building skills; an existing network in architecture, construction, or petroleum industries is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor.Willingness to travel overnight as required.CompensationBase Salary: $85,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience2% commission on all company manufactured products soldFull benefits packageEqual Opportunity StatementCorporate Talent Finder and its client partner are equal opportunity employers.
