The company values expertise and precision in delivering high-quality results for its clients and a collaborative work culture offering a direct path to senior leadership roles.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead and perform protection and control (P&C) design for high-voltage substations (69 kV - 500 kV) in transmission and distribution networksCreate relay coordination studies, SCADA schematics, control wiring diagrams using tools such as ASPEN, CAPE, ETAP, and SEL relaysPartner with physical design and civil/structural engineering teams to ensure high-quality, constructible designs, and schedule adherenceConduct protection coordination, relay settings, and system analysis using tools such as ASPEN, CAPE, or ETAPReview P&C deliverables for compliance with NESC, IEEE, and client standardsMentor and inspire early-career engineers, fostering technical growth and team collaboration - you'll be a technical leader and a role modelSupport proposal efforts and provide input on project scoping, schedule, and cost estimating for new projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
