Our Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit is seeking a committed HR Business Partner to join our team. The strategic HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in collaborating with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the business, strong expertise in various HR competencies. Will be required to be in Hanover, MD 1x per week and Chantilly, VA 1x per week.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic partnership, collaborating with business leaders to design workforce strategies that support long-term business objectives.
Support leaders through customized assimilation and coaching that deliver effective team management and performance.
Drive change management initiatives to align with business objectives, guiding leaders and teams through transition and growth.
Partner with business stakeholders to lead restructuring, job design, and talent optimization efforts to improve performance.
Conduct compensation analysis to ensure equity, competitiveness, and role clarity.
Monitor key performance indicators to drive retention and engagement, recommending data-driven solutions.
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Work with the Employee Relations Department to manage complex investigations and resolve high-level conflicts while ensuring legal compliance.
Support leaders on succession planning identifying critical roles, facilitating talent reviews and designing a knowledge transfer process to reduce risk.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with cross functional teams, including Benefits, HR Operations, Talent Management, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition, to align business goals with HR strategies that deliver efficient integrated solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
PHR, SHRM-SCP or equivalent
Familiarity with Workday systems and analytics
Active TS security clearance
Compensation Details: $95,000 - $110,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
