The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a builder mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $50,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage a growing book of business, focusing on hospitality and self-storage accounts ranging from $25,000 to $400,000 in sizeProvide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (approximately 40% new business, 20% renewals)Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes, increase efficiency, and scale operationsAct as a critical thinker and problem solver, contributing to the growth and success of the organizationSupport the transition from offshore administrative resources and assist in building a robust back-office teamQualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty linesActive 2-20 insurance license is requiredProficiency in insurance software such as EZLynx; familiarity with AMS360 is a plusProven ability to work independently and take initiative in a resource-limited environmentStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skillsA builder mentality with a focus on improving processes and scaling operations for long-term successExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel to client sites as needed (for producers only)
