What You'll Bring to the Table: * Industry Foundation: 2-3 years of Commercial Lines experience (bonus points if you have a background in construction-specific risks). * The Credentials: An active P&C License is a must. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applied EPIC is highly preferred—we want you to hit the ground running. * Soft Skills, Hard Results: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
