Coverage NeededASAP - OngoingFull Time - 40 hours/week, flexible with shifts (8s, 10s, 12s)Shift: Day, Standard 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00On Call: Optional, 1 call shift per 8-week scheduleWeekend: Availability to work one weekend/month if neededSchedule: Sun - SatClinical DetailsProcedures: All cases except transplants. Includes Hearts, Lung, Peds, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, etc.CRNA Responsibilities: Perform own epidurals, spinals. No blocks.Trauma Level: Level IIMultiple worksitesRequirementsBoard Certification: NBCRNALicensing: VA license at time of submittal or in the process of issuingCertifications: BLS- mist be AHAExperience: Level II Trauma- Minimum 2 yearsProficiency: Must be proficient with spinals and epidural placement and managementPreferred Experience: Pediatric experience preferredAdditional Experience: OB and Thoracic experience required
