We also offer CalendarAnything, a popular scheduling application on the AppExchange, as well as industry-proven accelerators.Opportunity OverviewWe are building a focused team within the Office of the CTO at Mphasis Silverline to pursue new AI product avenues and modern AI development practices through a rapid prototyping-to-production model. This team will operate at the intersection of emerging AI capabilities and real enterprise use cases, with a mandate to quickly envision, compose, and deliver working solutions.We are seeking driven early-career engineers with a demonstrable background in AI who can operate in an environment that prioritizes speed, precision, and accountability. Solutions will often be Salesforce-centric, but will also span a broader ecosystem of enterprise AI technologies, data platforms, and integration patterns.This is a small, high-visibility team. Expectations are high. The upside is equally high for individuals who can consistently execute and contribute meaningful ideas.Location Requirements: Hybrid role based in our Maitland, Florida 32751 HQ: 2301 Maitland Center Parkway. Applicants outside the Orlando, FL area will be required to relocate for this opportunity. Note: On a longer-term basis (after 9-12 months of employment) relocation & remote is work is allowable.Why This RoleThis is not a traditional entry-level position.
