You'll step into high-visibility engagements, build trusted advisor relationships, and play a meaningful role in our firm's continued expansion.What You'll Do:Play a critical role in monthly financial reporting and variance analysisRespond to ad hoc financial and operational requests with insight and claritySupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and other key projects tied to finance systems and reportingStay sharp on U.S. GAAP and evolving accounting standardsGo beyond the booksleverage our consulting framework to provide strategic value that sets you apartWhat You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree in Accounting35 years of experience in accounting, audit, or taxStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standardsExcellent communicatorclear, confident, and client-readyProven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and present findings to leadershipComfortable taking the lead on meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder managementAdvanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.)Bonus Points for:Active CPA licenseExperience in public accountingExposure to insurance, financial services, or bankingKnowledge of SEC reporting or work in publicly traded companiesSAP experienceUnderstanding of current AI tools & experience applying them in your current workBenefits and Other Fun Stuff: We ask our consultants to be superstars, so we treat them like it. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances.
