Job Description SummaryAssists servers in serving guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)Assist in the expediting of all food items from the kitchen line to the guest tables in an expedient and professional manner.Prepare all service carts and trays for transport.Must be able to identify all menu items by sight and have knowledge of their descriptions, to recognize all table numbers and seating positions.Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.Remains up to date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstations of the casino and/or hotel.Provide excellent guest service.Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneGAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIREDRequired Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED preferred.1-2 years of related experience preferred.Qualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Must be able to obtain and Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.Working Conditions/Physical DemandsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 1⁄2 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
