Roles and Responsibilities● Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations● Run food to appropriate table numbers along with seat positions● Prepare venue for service by cleaning and setting tables, setting decorations, and stocking service stations● Support FOH team by setting-up and replenishing service stations, trash containers liners, and bars● Stock bars, maintain beer, wine and liquor storage rooms, prepare venue for the next day's shift● Complete daily side-work as directed by management● Report directly to management and the General Manager
