This is a full-time, remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere in the world while making a positive impact on people's lives.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences- Conduct virtual fitness classes and one-on-one coaching sessions through video conferencing platforms- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their fitness and wellness journey- Monitor and track clients' progress, and make necessary adjustments to their programs as needed- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness and wellness trends and research to continuously improve our programs- Collaborate with other team members to develop new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clientsQualifications:- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related health and wellness field.- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor through a nationally recognized organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing fitness and wellness programs for clients of all levels- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles- Experience with virtual coaching and online fitness platforms is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goalsBenefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from anywhere in the world- Opportunities for professional growth and development- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on people's livesIf you are passionate about fitness and wellness and have a desire to help others reach their goals, we would love to hear from you!
