Contract & Travel Administrator
Summary:
The Contract & Travel Administrator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Company’s Corporate Contract & Travel programs as well as general administrative and data analytics responsibilities. This position serves as the central point of contact for the Contract & Travel programs.
Duties:
Contract Management: Load and maintain current contracts into the system. Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring terms and conditions are met. Implement alerts and notifications for contract renewals and expirations, ensuring timely actions.
RFI/RFP Management: Develop and maintain standardized templates for RFIs and RFPs. Collaborate with category managers to understand their needs and assist in the creation of RFI/RFP documents. Provide training and guidance to users on contract management tool and RFI/RFP procedures.
Travel Management: Maintain the Corporate travel program. Manage user access & configuration within the travel program. Develop and maintain travel reporting. Provide training and guidance to users on the Corporate travel management tool and procedures.
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business preferred with minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience.
Can manage expectations and present objective solutions based on business requirements.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
