Assembler/Production Worker

***3-6 MONTH TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT*** MONDAY - THURSDAY / 10 HR. DAY Duties and Responsibilities: Physically package products in retail packaging some of which may be sophisticated and require special techniques. Read and understand production requirements to determine items to be built. Count and Verify amount of materials against work order to identify shortages and errors. Package materials with identifying information and materials such as stickers, marketing materials, and product specifications according to product requirements. Ensure proper care in use and maintenance of equipment and supplies Keep work area clean and compliant with safety regulations at all times. Perform all related and special duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Attention to detail and organizational skills. High degree of manual dexterity. Ability to understand and communicate English effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to use equipment currently in production and learn how to use new equipment. Ability to work with others as a team. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a warehouse environment. Exposure to moderate levels of noise and variations in temperature.
