AV Field Technician

Job Summary: Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Tech is also responsible for any assigned vehicle care and maintenance. Requires excellent communication skills Self-motivated, task-driven, and able to apply “best practices” theory Strong problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools Basic understanding of control systems Key Job Responsibilities: Complete audio/video installs and setup Communicate with PM's and the client Advanced troubleshooting of simple systems Basic networking/data system installation and setup Basic understanding of multi-room systems and setup Basic understanding of Camera system Basic understanding of EOC single and multi room systems CEDIA ESTII or better certification would be great but experience is the priority Willingness to learn and advance within the EOC structure Minimum Job Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly detailed, organized, and multitask drive Proficient in all Assistant level qualifications Competent skills with desktop and mobile computing Clean driving record and background check Minimum of 1-year field experience Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
