What Youll Be DoingPerform general cleanup, including shoveling material and sweeping work areas. Assist plant operators and maintenance teams with routine tasks and basic repairs. Support safe and efficient operation of equipment and production areas. Move, load, and handle materials as directed to maintain plant flow. Follow all safety practices and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. What We Are Looking ForAbility to work safely and follow established procedures in an industrial setting. Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting, shoveling, and working outdoors. Reliable team player with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working around heavy equipment and fast?paced operations. Positive attitude and readiness to learn plant processes. Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Candidate must be enrolled in a post-secondary education program for Fall of 2026 Must be over the age of 18 years before the first day of employment Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
