As a Evening Shift Driver: Accurately and safely pack Compass cafe orders Deliver alone to our cafes throughout the Washington region Deliver a variety of cafe products including papergoods, coffee, frozen pastries and refrigerated milk Assist in stocking and cleaning of Compass vehicles and warehouse You'll make a great Evening Shift Driver if you are: A coffee lover! That includes drinking it, making it and talking about it Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong attention to detail to ensure the complete and accurate delivery of orders Dependable, committed to the safe and effective delivery of our products to closed cafes Comfortable driving a box truck throughout the Washington region Self starter, capable of completing a delivery route on your own Summary of Experience 1 year doing deliveries in 20' truck or bigger 3 years of warehouse or kitchen experience Basic Qualifications Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Available to work evening hours (starting at 5pm) Professional driver with at least 3 years experience Current valid driver's license (No CDL required!) Medical certification for driving commercial vehicles (non CDL) Able to lift 75lbs, 100lbs with a partner The pay range for this role is: 20 - 24.50 USD per hour (Ivy City Roastery)
