You drive results.Here's what we're looking for.Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or clerical experience preferredStrong data entry and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced distribution environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferredExperience with warehouse management or transportation systems is a plusAbility to multitask and work independentlyPhysical RequirementsAbility to liftupto 40 pounds safelyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftKey ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify incoming shipments, stock, and materialsCheck shipments against manifests, bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documentsProcess outbound shipping orders and prepare shipping paperworkEnter and maintain data within warehouse management systemsInvestigate and resolve shipment discrepancies or inventory variancesAssist with routing outbound shipments and coordinating pickups with carriersProcess customer orders and generate labels, manifests, and shipping reportsMaintain inventory records, shipment logs, and required documentationAnswer incoming multi-line phone calls and assist visitors, drivers, and vendorsSupport front office administrative functionsincludingfiling, distributing mail, and maintaining recordsAssist with labor tracking, payroll entry, and general clerical duties as neededSupport warehouse operationsincludingcycle counts, stock verification, and organization of materialsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentWhy This Opportunity?Because your career should move forward, not stand still.
