This role involves payroll adjustments, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while supporting time-sensitive projects and system-related initiatives.Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:* Process end-to-end multi-frequency union and non-union payrolls, including SAP payroll adjustments, garnishments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.* Perform audits and reconciliations of HR and payroll data, including payroll integrations, bank files, and multistate tax requirements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.* Support Oracle testing and system-related projects, including data entry, schedule updates, payroll testing, and special assignments with strict deadlines.* Generate ad hoc reports, maintain payroll records, and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.* Collaborate with HR, IT, and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, support compliance (including SOX), monitor regulatory updates, and ensure smooth payroll operations.Payroll Analyst Qualifications:* 3+ years of payroll experience in a large company setting.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables).* Demonstrated understanding of payroll processes, including the relationship between HR policies/programs and payroll operations.* Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or other major HCM systems is preferred.* Experience with multi-frequency union payroll processing is highly preferred.Shift:
