Operations Specialist/Order Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Specialist – Order Management to oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely fulfilment, and effective coordination between internal teams and external partners. Requirements Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, validation, processing, and fulfillment tracking
Review and verify orders for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery
Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues
Maintain accurate records in ERP or order management systems
Communicate order updates, shipping details, and issue resolutions to internal and external stakeholders
Process returns, exchanges, and order adjustments as required
Generate reports on order volume, fulfillment metrics, and performance trends
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
