Senior Personal Injury Attorney

Boutique personal injury law firm in Encino is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to manage the litigation department.Duties:- Manage litigated cases from complaint to settlement/trial- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, and briefs- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings- Negotiate settlements- Attend mediation- Depositions - clients, defendants, experts- Communication with clients and opposing counselRequirements:- Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar- 3+ years of litigation/trial experience- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills- Ability to take and defend depositions- Experience with legal drafting and litigation procedures for discovery motions, motions for summary judgment and all trial motions- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously- Must be proactive and goal orientated*Bonus and/or commission opportunity may be availablePay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
