Supervisory duties: Acts as back-up supervisor for employees. Assists with coordinating workassignments and schedules. May assist with initiating disciplinary action. May assist withconducting interviews of new employees. Assists with conducting performance appraisals andemployee training.? Assists with all promotional activities for casino and special events.? Conducts inventory of promotional items and prepared monthly reports for assistant managerand manager.? Assists with slot tournaments, and other special events or drawings.? Resolves customer complaints.? Assists with preparing Daily reports by organizing and totaling information.? Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):? Must be at least 21 years of age or older? Good knowledge of customer relations practices.? Good knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.? Ability to supervise and coordinate promotions activities.? Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities. Must be people oriented.? Good verbal and written communication skills.? Skill in using a computer and all applicable programs.? Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise.? Some light lifting and carrying required up to 25 pound individual lifts.? On 24-hour emergency call.? Minimal travel required.? Shift work required.?
