Role OverviewThe Bilingual Patient Sales & Consultation Specialist is responsible for owning the full remote patient journey—from initial inquiry to confirmed consultation or procedure. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and healthcare communication, requiring both consultative selling skills and strong emotional intelligence.You will engage with inbound leads, educate prospective patients on services, and guide them toward booking decisions through high-touch, personalized conversations.
