As we continue to grow, we are looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to connect them with clients from United States.About the Role:We are looking for an energetic, resilient, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business development efforts.In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities through a combination of cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, email outreach, and prospecting activities. You will play a critical role in building relationships with potential corporate clients and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving goals and earning commissions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunitiesFollow up on inbound inquiries and qualify potential clientsIdentify and engage decision-makers within target companiesSchedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales teamBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospectsManage and update CRM records accuratelyQualify prospects based on company needs and hiring potentialMeet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunitiesTrack outreach performance and pipeline metricsRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Appointment Setting, or B2B SalesExperience with cold calling and outbound prospectingStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable handling both outbound and inbound callsExcellent verbal and written English (C1)Strong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneouslyGoal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targetsExperience using CRM systemsBonus Points for:Experience working with U.S.-based clientsFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, RecruitCRM, or similar toolsExperience in a remote sales environmentWhat We Offer:Base salary between $1,000–$1,300 USD per month + comissions.Attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potentialLocal holidays observed in your country100% remote work environmentOpportunity to work with international clientsProfessional development and sales trainingCareer growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive team culture
