Our Honda dealership is searching for a customer-centric Service BDC Representative!Compensation:Hourly: $15 + BonusesBi-weekly paySchedule/shift:Part time or Full Time opportunities available5 day work weekMonday-Friday with a shift in between 7:30am-6pm, rotating Saturdays 8am-5pmBenefits:Health InsuranceHealth savings accountDental InsurancePTOVision Insurance401(k) MatchingEmployee DiscountLife InsuranceReferral programRetirement planWhat you will do:Answer customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner.Outbound calls to schedule appointmentsAssist customers with their automotive questions/needs.Data mining to increase appointments.Building relationships for long term customer retention.Maintain the dealership reputation by professionalism and having knowledgeable communication skills with customers.Maintaining inter-departmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in customer service or automotive fields are a plus.Ability to pass background check & drug screening.Motor vehicle record in good standingProven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive service setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and appointments efficiently.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and scheduling tools.Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services is advantageous.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
