Customer Service Rep Evening

Customer Service Representative Full Time positions available to answer basic order calls and customer inquiries. Customer Service Representatives have an additional opportunity to earn income through incentive programs.As a key member of our Customer Experience Team helping customers enjoy the hobby of coin collecting, your primary responsibilities are as follows:Responding in a friendly, courteous manner to answer customer phone calls in a fast paced sequenceAccurately entering orders and resolving customer basic questionsEarn additional incentives through our phone feature programQualified applicants will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or GEDSolid telephone customer service ability; prior experience a plusPatience and exceptional listening skillsAbility to enter 35 words per minute while talking to the customerConfidence in multi-taskingDependability and reliabilityAttentiveness for detail and a desire for accuracyAbility and availability to work overtime.Equal Opportunity Employer
