Our client an international freight forwarding and logistics company, is seeking a licensed customs broker to join their Illinois team.Title: Licensed Custom BrokerIndustry: LogisticsType: Full Time Direct HireSalary: $65-85K DOE Hours: 9 - 6 PMLocation: Wood Dale IL (on site)Key Responsibilities:Classify goods using HTS codesPrepare and submit customs entries via ACE/ABIEnsure compliance with federal regulations and company policiesCommunicate with Customs, PGAs, and clients on shipmentsResolve holds, exams, and clearance issuesMaintain accurate import documentation and recordsCoordinate with logistics teams for cargo release and deliverySupport audits, process improvements, and train junior staffQualifications:3-5 years of experience as a licensed customs broker Knowledgeable in US import regulations, HTS classification and PGA requirements Active US Customs broker license ACE , ABI proficiency Excel experience***Please submit your application with a 1–2 page resume.
