The role involves providing personalized showroom and in-home consultations with clients, recommending tailored window treatment solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, following up on leads, closing the sale, coordinating with design and installation teams, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and trends to effectively address client needs.QualificationsDirect experience selling custom window treatmentsA working knowledge of Hunter Douglas or other major brandsFluent in drapery, fabrics, and soft treatmentsConfidently lead in-home and in-gallery client experiencesYou maintain a high close ratio and take ownership of your numbers Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and delivering excellent serviceProficiency in using technology and CRM tools to manage leads, proposals, and client informationAttention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality workAvailability to work on-site in Oakbrook Terrace, IL
