The receptionist at Koons Annapolis Toyota is responsible for answering inbound calls, determining the nature of their business, and directing callers to the appropriate department/destination. In addition, the receptionist will be the dealership's information specialist to best direct our guests accordingly to accommodate their needs. Responsibilities: Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit Answer incoming phone calls.
