The firm handles complex litigation nationwide, including whistleblower matters, class actions, commercial litigation, and labor and employment rights cases.Within that broader practice, Browns wage-and-hour team focuses on representing employees in class and collective actions involving unpaid wages, off-the-clock work, improper pay practices, and related workplace violations. Browns work is fast-moving, high-stakes, and deeply litigation-focused, and the team is built to move cases forward with discipline, precision, and strong client advocacy.About the RoleThis is a full-time, in-office role within Browns wage-and-hour department. It is a case-operations, administrative, and litigation-support position. It is an in person role at either our Wayne, PA or Jersey City, NJ office location.The role sits at the center of the departments day-to-day workflow. You will help attorneys and the team move matters forward at multiple stages, including prospective client intake, client onboarding, matter opening, document collection and organization, factual development, routine post-filing support, and deadline tracking.This is not a passive administrative role and not a front-desk position. The right candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating directly with clients, and able to manage a high volume of tasks without losing accuracy.
