The Farrell Area School District and the Sharon City School District are accepting application for anAfter School Program Directorfor the 21st Century Community Learning Center (COOL Program). A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Education. Pay: $23.00/Hour Work year: 41 Weeks Work week: 40 hours a week Benefits: Single Benefit Access to Hospitalization/Medical (There is an employee contribution) The Director will be responsible for: *Supervising and scheduling Project Staff *Overseeing Academic Programming *Providing Staff Trainings *Program Fiscal Management *Staff and Program Evaluations *Timely submission of mandatory reports * Monitoring student attendance and providing annual reports. Excellent communication, computer and time management skills are a must.
