Job Description
Onsite | Manufacturing EnvironmentWe are seeking an experienced L3 IT Infrastructure Engineer to support network operations, plant floor systems, and site infrastructure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, server room infrastructure, conference room technology, and critical plant floor systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 3 support for Cisco LAN/WAN and wireless networksTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and connectivity issuesSupport switches, cabling, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, POE, and network hardwareAssist with server room/data center operations, hardware installs, and upgradesSupport conference room systems and plant floor technologyCoordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams on infrastructure projectsPerform network maintenance, deployments, and issue escalation managementRequired Qualifications3–5 years of L3 IT Infrastructure or Network Support experienceStrong Cisco networking experience (routing, switching, wireless)Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, and POEExperience troubleshooting LAN/WAN environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite on the manufacturing/shop floorPreferred QualificationsExperience in large corporate or manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of Windows Server administration and data center supportFamiliarity with Cisco VoIP, SCCM, ANDON, or PLC systemsExperience supporting mission-critical applications and conference room technologyAdditional DetailsSchedule: Standard shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (rotational shifts possible)Interview Process: 2 rounds (1 virtual panel + 1 onsite)Join a collaborative team supporting critical infrastructure and technology operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
