Position Details: Location: Near Virginia, MN Coverage Needed: Starting December 1st, ongoing Shift Options: Primarily day shifts with weekends off; flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules Call Requirements: Minimal, flexible beeper call coverage with a required response time of 30 minutes Environment: Mixed inpatient and outpatient, covering both hospital and ambulatory sites Position Highlights: Variety in Cases: Experience in general anesthesia, spinal, epidural, regional, and pediatric cases is essential. The position involves handling complex orthopedic cases, vascular cases (non-cardiac), OB, neurosurgical cases, and more. Technical Skills Required: Central and arterial line placements Ventilation management Post-op pain management, including extremity blocks and epidurals Management of acute volume/BP issues Patient and Facility Support: Join a team with a strong core of CRNAs and anesthesiologists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
