Private Client Services Tax Partner

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to identify a Private Client Services (PCS) Tax Partner to provide tax compliance, consulting, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. This role will be responsible for client relationship management, technical leadership, practice development, and leading and mentoring teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary relationship partner for PCS clients, delivering high‑quality tax compliance and planning servicesProvide technical leadership across individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and pass‑through entity taxationReview complex tax returns and planning strategies to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with firm and regulatory standardsLead and grow the PCS practice through business development and cross‑selling firm servicesCollaborate with audit, advisory, and specialty tax teams to deliver integrated client solutionsMentor, develop, and manage PCS tax professionalsStay current on tax law changes and communicate relevant impacts to clients and internal teamsQualificationsCPA or JD required; LLM (Tax) or MST preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field12+ years of progressive experience in private client tax within a public accounting firmDemonstrated leadership, client management, and business development experienceStrong technical expertise and commitment to professional standards and firm quality initiativesAs a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
