Our mission is to remove the physical, financial, and emotional barriers that prevent families from maintaining meaningful connections with incarcerated loved ones, accessing mental health care, or navigating reentry.Founded in 2025, the LoopRoots Foundation operates nationally, with an initial focus on underserved communities in Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia.Our key initiatives includeLoopConnect A ride credit sponsorship platform that provides free or subsidized rides to prison visitation facilities, allowing families to stay in contact during incarceration.LoopTalk A HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy program offering trauma-informed mental health care to justice-impacted individuals and caregivers, including children.LoopTroop Rideshare Partnership We collaborate with the LoopTroop Rideshare platform to ensure families have access to safe, reliable, and culturally competent transportation services.The LoopRoots Foundation is committed to using community-based, technology-enabled tools to restore dignity, promote healing, and reduce generational harm. Our mission is to support accountability, public safety, and successful reintegration while reducing unnecessary incarceration and barriers to stability.Role OverviewThe Volunteer Program Manager will support the oversight, coordination, and growth of the LoopHome program. This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in criminal justice reform, reentry services, compliance-driven programs, or nonprofit program management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day coordination of the LoopHome programAssist with onboarding and tracking participants enrolled in GPS monitoringCoordinate with internal staff, contractors, and external partners as neededHelp develop and refine program workflows, policies, and documentationSupport compliance-related processes and reporting requirementsTrack program metrics and outcomes (enrollment, compliance, incidents, exits)Assist with program expansion planning and operational readinessQualifications (Preferred, Not Required)Background or strong interest in criminal justice, reentry services, probation/parole support, or DUI-related programsExperience in program coordination, case management, or nonprofit operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information responsiblyComfortable working within structured, compliance-oriented environmentsReliable, detail-oriented, and mission-drivenWhat We OfferMeaningful leadership experience in a justice-impact nonprofit programOpportunity to help shape and scale an innovative monitoring and reentry solutionFlexible scheduling and remote collaborationProfessional references and documentation of servicePotential transition to a paid role as funding becomes availableAdditional NotesDue to the nature of the program, volunteers may be required to complete a background check and confidentiality agreement.
