Need references from every chief of the practice they have been at.Active CT License CT DEA 90-day credentialing.Willing to credential and license during credentialing but will take 120 days.Community Hospital 220 beds (applying to be a level 3 trauma hospital.)Level 2 NICU.Bread and butter cases: Ortho, podiatry, surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, vascular (open and in cath lab).No complicated Brain, No thoracic, no open heart, not complicated OB, only healthy peds.Directed supervision: 3-1 modelCertifications ACLS Required, BLS Required, PALS Requiredby Jobble
